Office Team
Job Position
Melissa and Jeff handle most of the initial client contacts, answering the phone and calling new leads. They set up appointments, answer clients' initial questions, and prepare the client for the visit with the specialist assigned to visit the client at their location. Jeff and Melissa do a great job letting clients know we are a professional company and are here to help them.

Inspection and Sales Team
Wildlife Specialists
Our field staff Jason, Shawn, Briston, Trevor, and Tim each have an area where they handle leads, visiting the client's location. Their first step is to meet the client and understanding the client's concerns; next they provide a thorough Inspection of the exterior of the home and the attic, documenting their findings with photos and notes. Once they have identified the issues and the solutions, they prepare an estimate of the recommendations and pricing to carry out the solution. They will sit down with the client and go over the findings of the inspection, look at photos, discuss the purpose of the recommendations, answer questions, and discuss details. They encourage clients to ask questions and express any concerns. The specialist will explain the next steps, including third-party financing resources if the client is interested.
If a client is ready to go forward with the recommendations, the specialist will collect a deposit and call the operations manager to get the job on the schedule.
The client can contact the specialist any time before, during, or after the work is done. Clients can also call the office.
